Extension maintenance
Service Description
This service includes extension removal for "Tape-In" and "K-Tip" extension methods and a shampoo/conditioning afterwards. If extensions are matted or the hair is in compromised condition, we cannot guarantee removal. Your stylist will do everything possible to assess the situation, provide a thorough consultation, and recommend the best options in cases where standard removal may not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
[1] If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. ** [2] If running late, please contact us at (888)-682- 4003 or email us at Angela@Lumehairstyles.com for schedule adjustments. Please be advised, we can only hold your appointment time slot for a maximum of 15 minutes. Failure to notify us ahead may result in appointment cancellation.**
